In addition to the defense of plaintiffs’ personal injury liability cases, we also have experience handling the issues which arise from the various contracts, leases and product, service and management agreements entered by property and equipment owners, lessees and contractors such as tenders for defense and indemnification, claims for failure to procure insurance, the correct type insurance coverage or the correct amount of insurance, including issues arising from additional insured endorsements, contributions claims and employer liability claims. These claims can involve actions for breach of contract and actions for recovery of attorneys fees.
